Customer Support Administrator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service.
- Answering customer inquiries – Preparing quotations.
- Be able to compile, edit and process reports and certificates
- Responsible to manage international type of approval projects
- Support and maintain a good work environment, increase productivity levels and keep a positive attitude.
- Provide weekly report, and provide suggestions for continue quality improvement
- Responsible for additional assignments that may be assigned by your supervisor.
- Understand and follow BACL’s Quality System
Qualifications
- AA or AS Degree, plus practical experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong project/time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment coordinating multiple and changing priorities to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Friendly presence, helpful attitude, and able to work well with others
- Can speak, read and write in French or Mandarin is a plus
