Account Executive
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquire new business accounts, close sales, and achieve sales targets
- Communicate with clients regarding sales/service issues while making timely introductory and follow up calls/emails upon receipt of the inquiry.
- Sell BACL’s services through effective client research, anticipating/understanding the customer need, and providing a competitive proposal with appropriate standards and pricing.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes and renewals.
- Creating, following up, and negotiating project proposals through detailed meetings with decision makers and the Engineering team
- Resolve customer needs, issues, and complaints.
- Must be able to learn and understand BACL’s service offerings and effectively articulate services to customers.
- Understand and follow BACL’s Quality System, procedures, and work instructions
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of sales processes
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing priorities
- Goal-oriented, customer-focused, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs
