Account Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business accounts, close sales, and achieve sales targets
  • Communicate with clients regarding sales/service issues while making timely introductory and follow up calls/emails upon receipt of the inquiry.
  • Sell BACL’s services through effective client research, anticipating/understanding the customer need, and providing a competitive proposal with appropriate standards and pricing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes and renewals.
  • Creating, following up, and negotiating project proposals through detailed meetings with decision makers and the Engineering team
  • Resolve customer needs, issues, and complaints.
  • Must be able to learn and understand BACL’s service offerings and effectively articulate services to customers.
  • Understand and follow BACL’s Quality System, procedures, and work instructions
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of sales processes
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing priorities
  • Goal-oriented, customer-focused, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs
