Mexico IFTEL Application Procedure News
IFTEL Certification for Mexico may be updated soon. IFTEL is considering to require IFT certificate to be held by a legal representative. The REP will be the certificate holder and he/she is required to make the application with his/her own account in IFTEL system.
Each applicant can choose:
- To be the certification holder and obtain the entry to IFTEL system with applicant’s company.
- To provide our partner the authority to complete the submission on his/her behalf.
- To have our partner to be the certificate holder and applicant to be the importer.
Effect date is unknown, but it is expected to be at the end of Q1 2024 or early Q2 2024.
